Once you have clicked through to sign up to buy or register a new card you will be redirected to the Trent Barton website.
Please follow the following steps. If you wish you can download these as pdf (see below)
On the ‘New to MANGO?’ area, click on the ‘sign up to buy or register a new card’ link.
Choose a username for your MANGO account (which needs to be easy to remember as you’ll need it to log into your account each time you top-up etc, so we’d suggest it should be your email address), and then enter your home address and date of birth details etc.
When you click ‘register’, you’ll be taken to a screen displaying our terms and conditions, which you need to accept.
An email will then be sent to you with a link to click to validate your email address, along with a temporary password for your account. Click on the link and you’ll be taken to the MANGO login screen with a message that ‘Your account has been confirmed’.
You can now login to your MANGO account with your user ID and password, on the right hand side of the screen.
In the menu, there’s an option entitled ‘Cathedral Quarter MANGO Loyalty cards’ – click on the link to the card you require, and you’ll then be taken to the ordering / request screen.
If you’re requesting a CQ MANGO I Work card, just enter your details as shown, including your employer name and address; you can also add a MANGO top-up to your card if you wish. Once complete you can then proceed to checkout, make a payment if you’ve added a top-up, or otherwise your request will be confirmed. Your CQ MANGO I Work will then be produced and sent directly to your employer.
